AI Operations · Law Firms

Your lawyers already use AI. Your firm hasn't decided how.

I help law firms turn quiet, ungoverned AI use into workflows that respect confidentiality, keep a human signing off, and give billable hours back.

30 minutes. No pitch. You'll leave with the two places I'd look first.

Sound familiar?

You bought the legal-tech tools.
The firm went back to old habits.

3–4 subscriptions. Nobody fully uses any of them.
An associate tried ChatGPT, worried about privilege, and quietly stopped.
A partner asks "what are we doing with AI?" — silence.
Precedents nobody can search, so every matter starts from the last one someone remembers.
Time capture reconstructed Friday afternoon, from memory.
Intake lives in one paralegal's head — and she's on leave.

None of this is a technology problem. It's an operations problem — and operations can be fixed.

Common questions

Asked by firms like yours

What about client confidentiality and privilege?

It's the first thing we design for, not an afterthought. The audit draws the line in writing: what AI may touch, what it never touches, and where a lawyer always signs off. You'll have something you can put in front of the partners.

Do we need an AI policy before we start?

No — a working policy is one of the audit's outputs. You're in the majority: 43% of firms have no policy at all. Better to write one from how your firm actually works than adopt a 40-page template nobody reads.

Will this replace fee-earners?

No. The target is the admin around the work — intake, filing, formatting, chasing, time capture — not the judgment your clients pay for. Every workflow keeps a human in the path.
