01AI Operations · Healthcare

You trained for patients. Not for the inbox.

I design and build AI tools for clinics, private practices, allied health and hospital teams that take the admin load: enquiries, referrals, intake, meeting and handover notes. A clinician signs off anything clinical, so more of the day goes back to the people in front of you.

30 minutes. No pitch. You'll leave with the two places I'd look first.
49%of a doctor's office day goes on screen and desk work, against 27% with patients
48%of doctors and nurses now use generative AI at work every day
27%say their organisation has a published policy on how to use it

02Sound familiar?

You went into healthcare for people.
The paperwork came with it.

Referral letters and results waiting in someone's inbox.
Notes finished at the kitchen table, after dinner.
The front desk answering the same five questions all day.
Intake forms on paper, retyped into the system.
Handover and meeting actions living in one person's memory.
Half the team using ChatGPT, nobody sure what's allowed.

None of this is a technology problem. It's an operations problem — and operations can be fixed.

03Common questions

Asked by practices like yours

01

What about patient privacy and compliance?

It's the first thing we design for. Everything we build has to comply with the privacy, security and patient-safety rules that apply to your practice, in your state and your country. Before anything is built, we agree in writing what AI may touch, what it never touches, and where a clinician signs off, and we check it with whoever owns compliance on your side. If a task can't be done safely and within those rules, it doesn't get AI.

02

Does AI make clinical decisions?

No. My focus is the admin around care: inboxes, referrals, intake, and the notes from meetings and handovers. Anything clinical is drafted for a clinician to check and sign, or left alone.

03

We already have a practice management system. Do we need new software?

Usually not much. Most of the value comes from making the systems you already pay for work together, with AI added only where it saves real time.

04

How much of our time does it take?

During the audit, about two hours a week from one nominated person, plus a short interview with a few people across the team: a clinician, someone from the front desk, and a practice or department manager.
