Hi, I'm Liliana Saplontai.

Right now I'm working with an architecture practice in Singapore. Fees worked out by hand from tender documents, 20 to 40 client emails a day answered differently each time, and no quick view of project budgets. The strategic work kept waiting.

We mapped how the work actually happens and started with four tools: an email assistant, meeting notes, timesheets and budget control. The team named the risk themselves: complicated systems nobody is trained on get abandoned. So we build with the people who'll use them, and training is part of every project.

I build websites too, usually as the front door to a bigger system: intake, booking, payments, onboarding.

My background is education, leading teams and project management, with postgraduate degrees in Education and Project Management.

In every role, I've been the one reaching for a digital tool to fix what wasn't working: scheduling systems for teaching teams, rent and records workflows for rental properties. I've been curious about tech for decades and I love building things that solve real problems.

Grew up in Botswana, Romanian parents, educated across five continents — which is why working across cultures and time zones is normal here, not a stretch.
