The Practice Audit is $4,500 fixed, over three weeks. A build Sprint runs $12,000–18,000 depending on scope, fixed before we start, with exclusions in writing. The ongoing Practice Partner retainer is scoped to your firm at the end of your Sprint. Software costs are quoted separately and never marked up.

Making the typing faster doesn't change that. The audit measures both, so we fix the right thing — and often the fix is a rule or a clearer handoff, not AI.
